As we are entering tax season I am wondering what Expenses I can write off and if I need A 1099 for my Co manager who contracts out the cleaning team that I am essentially paying for?

I have two properties managed by one property manager.

I think I can continue to manage it myself.

Hello all, I'm looking for a property manager in Killeen. 

I'm a little familiar with platforms like Stessa and Avail to help manage properties but I'm curious what everyone uses, and why?   

I'm also considering connecting directly with property managers as the starting point and evaluating any properties they already manage that are for sale. 

So I am managing a condo for rent in Orlando remotely.

I have a few I manage for myself but I am wondering if I want to expand into managing for others and I need to get a license, are their any brokers who would allow me to run it my way and on my own accounts, in Augusta?
