Personally I like the Vrbo software much better than Airbnbs.I guess that's because I use it all the time since most all booking come from Vrbo.

Good tenants are not going to pay an application fee before viewing a unit.

The code officer said they "have software that allows us to see past dates and distinguish between rentals and personal use."

I do like the application but obviously the customer support is lacking. 

I am curious what you all use as a property management software to screen tenants, create applications for the tenants to apply, create leases, list the properties for rent, maintenance requests, etc.

How much are you budgeting monthly for this software?

If applicants do not have a Social Security number or an ITIN, they unfortunately cannot proceed with their application.
