If I didn't have 3 batteries it would sometimes be a PITA, but it's worth it to just grab it and climb the ladder.

One flashlight per person in your household.Batteries and battery operated radio.First aid kit and medicine.Lots of water (3-7 days).Canned food and pet food (Make sure your pet has its name tag on).Make sure you have enough gas in your car.

It sounds like your hotel modules are actual modular that would be comparable to site built.

We ended up hiring a company that did our operations in "module" based, they have used our company as model but charged us 1/3-1/2 of the price, they actually assigned 1 of their team members for a week, sit and listen to reporting and reviewing paperwork workflow. then they started selling these modules to other companies.

It uses batteries, but I have never changed them yet.However, for this rental property, I am concerned about battery life, as I may not be around to replace it if one stops working and a guest comes. 

Something with rechargeable batteries works well usually.

In the eastern area of Cleveland - not the nicest but around university circle they have nice places. i invested closed to battery park, behind edgewater Beach but you have to be careful here you Walk 1-2 blocks and you go from like B to C-D pretty quick. let me know if you need further help..

Or the batteries will die in the remote and they'll call you because they can't figure out why it's not working.

I am pretty impressed thus far and im on Module #2 of 6 not to mention a ton of other stuff they offer.
