@Jose MaderaThe only way to monetize the difference between your option purchase price of X, and the end buyers option price of X + 1, is to (1) exercise your option to buy by purchasing the property AND the end buyer exercises his option to purchase the property.With an option to purchase you have the right to purchase at a certain price, which you can (theoretically) exercise any time within the option period.

Monetize it.

This is a business and things need to be monetized.

The fact that you are thinking of other ways to monetize tells me you might be headed in the right direction.  

He spends a small fortune on off-market advertising, has an acquisition manager, project managers, designers, etc on staff, so monetizing everything he can is important.
