In general the DSCR underwriting process is pretty similar across the board vs fix and flip loan programs that can vary wildly.  99% of DSCR lenders are selling the note after anyways so it's really finding someone you like to work with and able to get you the best deal.  

This means I can shop the entire market to find the best rates and programs for my clients - not just what one bank offers.

I won't put the pricing here but the terms are very fair (much lower than the example here), especially so in the loyalty program after three completed deals.

There's a program out there that talks about teaching this method or system to new investors and the cost is UP THERE(almost &10k!!).

There are options at less than the six month mark but there just less programs so there will be less good options to choose from.
