Past behavior, even from family members, is often the best indicator of future risk.If you're someone who upholds a strong standard and maintains a list of tenants or guests who left the property in bad condition, like me, then it’s completely reasonable to follow that same principle now.

I am basically looking for a non-judicial foreclosure in the event the buyer does not make his payments on time.

But many operators build steady wealth by sticking to these principles.

I'm trying to get basic term sheets before i pay for an appraisal or spend money. 

On principle I don't have an issue with implementing any of those things regulations are in any industry, but when you make them in a vaccuum and don't consider things like cost to maintain and build then its a net negative in my mind.  

It’s not basic like some have said.

I am just getting hammered with failing AC systems this year, we just got the 9th repair request in basically the last 2 months.
