Any recommendations for those basic services? 

I've learned of several other LPs in the same boat through the Kelley Clarke Law firm that is representing several of us and through the Reddit forum linked below.https://www.reddit.com/r/investing/comments/1hq19lu/wavemark...A principle at the firm suspects they are under investigation by the SEC. 

Overall, it's disappointing to see the platform management market continue to increase prices for what are, in their most basic form, calendar sync and message automation tools.

As a  realtor I cannot tell you how many realtors have no basic sales skills.

And that's just an LLC and not a legal construct.Here is what I personally do (after a landlord for over 15 years and also beeing on the board of a landlord association, where we are basically the go-to for everything bad that happens to landlords) I personally only have a few very normal LLC's that are in my State - and frankly are required for commercial lending.

It is basically serial production on an assembley line.
