Haven't done his specific course, but honestly the biggest gap I see with most wholesaling education isn't the strategy - it's the follow-up system. Most courses teach you to find leads but don't give you a solid way to stay on top of all those conversations. You end up with a mess of spreadsheets and lose deals that were actually interested. What's your current system for tracking all your leads once you start getting them?
