It's also possible there's an addendum to the Trust changing that provision which contacting the other Trustee's should identify.Assuming there's no exception in your title policy for problems with the Trustee's conveyance, if one of the other Trustee, or even a Beneficiary of the Trust, claims the signing Trustee either did not have authority to convey or exceeded their authority, the claim should be a covered matter.

In some cases, residents have successfully challenged HOAs or negotiated exceptions based on owner-occupancy, financial hardship, or ambiguous rules.You could also try talking to the HOA board directly - calmly and respectfully lay out your situation, the permits, your financial need, and ask if they’d consider granting an exemption or temporary allowance.

This will be the first pure-BRRRR i've done with zero house hacking or foreseeable future sale, and I would like some advice regarding its' flooring configuration.Where I am from, island-style carpet is the preferred approach flooring whereby bedrooms are carpeted, and all other areas are LVP with the exception of bathrooms, water closets, and laundries which are tiled.
