Also... if you have the budget, you can contact them via Facebook ads, mail and phone (or just 2 of those ways).The more touch points you make with your potential client, the better!

A postcard is a great piece of marketing, but will do best when it is followed up with another touch point (letter, phone call, door knock, text, etc).Good luck on your marketing and feel free to reach out if you have more questions.

There are resources you can find that lay out different methods for building up your sphere of influence, but I personally like catching up via phone, meeting up for coffee, or doing something fun as a touch point.  

I like how you get wet signatures, seems like a good touch point with the tenants to go over important points and to set expectations. 

Marketing gurus say the magical number is 4 to 7 touchpoints.

The touch points Kitchen, bath, google nest, light fixtures, are what cause a buyer to ohh and ahh, and you only need a few to create the interest fall in love factor.
