I worked with HomeTeamVR in a different capacity (as an art vendor they sourced from for the design portion).While I can’t speak to the PM side, I do know that other STR design companies tend to charge significantly less for design ($2 per square foot), sourcing ($12 - 15 per square foot for the decor), and install, and are generally more transparent throughout the process.Sorry to hear you went through such a stressful experience.

For Safely, I want to stress that everyone's needs and risk are different but I felt that the OTAs host protection coverage + my regular home insurance coverage (W/ a STR rider) was sufficient for my level!
