New to REI
Hello! My family and I just got our LLC for REI. We have some funds and we close on our first short term rental property at the end of this month. I currently oversee a medical department at a jail in Va. My husband is an officer at the jail. He is about 7 years from retiring. The jail life can be hard on a person and we do not want to do this for the rest of our lives. So, we started exploring the REI world. We are mostly interested in short term rental properties in tourist destinations. We love to travel and want to share great experiences to other families through our future properties. We currently live Virginia but we are seeking opportunities out of state. Our LLC is currently in TN. Florida properties are a big goal for us. I look forward to connecting and learning as much as I can to build our future.
