My lists were already compiled before then.

There are about 400 addresses.It is compiled of all 5-500 unit owners who own property in Louisiana and who have bought within the last 11 years.

Could be compiled from seasoned investors, pro members, BP users that have actually used said lenders and have a review of them.

Probably a smaller number of sellers, but I’m not looking for a ton of volume myself, I can only take down a few great deals a year...I tried to compile a list of every owner of property over 20 units in my whole MSA. 

I vote for buying a compiled list with the correct absentee filters from listsource..

We compiled ~50 addresses of maintenance - deferred houses and run down properties.

Most people compiling equity lists also skip anyone who have been in title less than seven years or so.

In fact, both mailing houses and list brokers actually get their data from the same place: list compilers.
