We are exploring partnering with third-party vendors to add more value to our Pro memberships. We are specifically looking to speak with vendors in the areas of lending, brokerages, home services, property management, and online software.

Lead Propeller and Flip Sheets (https://www.houseflippingspreadsheet.com/) would both be fantastic!
Maybe a discount on Lead Propeller websites for pro members? It would make me want to make the jump to PRO for sure!

Having decent discount partnerships with the three mentioned above: Buildium, renotmeter, and loopnet would probably do it for me.

Not sure if this is even feasible but an insurance company might be interesting. Much the same as how you get a discount if you bundle your home and auto, what if we could leverage the millions of units owned by bigger pockets members to get us all a discount. We could argue our insurance costs should be lower because we are pro members, we know how to screen tenants etc.

I think money is one of the most asked about topics. As I've suggested in the past I think Scotsmanguide would be a good fit and save BP from having to develop its own HML matrix.

Yes! I would recommend Goldline Credit Services, Inc. to be added to your vendors list. I have used them for years when I was doing Judgements until I moved to the South which is an Attorney driven state. Hope this helps.

How about a step up. What about a group insurance rate on rental properties for all pro members????

What about the lead/project/portfolio management app y'all had in the past? The software alone would do it for me.

I think you got a few good 3rd party ideas here;
national insurance company discount
Big Box store discount
Buildium, Appfolio or other property management discount
How about a discount with a clean up co. like Serve Pro or Got Junk. you could even see about Legal advice. or national painting companies. This is all well and good to be able to get group discounts and a way for BP to make some money as well, but i personally would not like to see this site over run with ads, that will ruin this site for me, just my opinion.

How about a printer. IE Yellow letters, postcards, business cards, Signs etc?
Also a graphic contact. Logos/postcard/ design services. There are a bunch of people over at some freelance sites that may be happy to take on a discount program for a recommendation.

Mindy thank you, great idea. Any services that we use to find deals and manage properties would help. I current subscribe to PropertyRadar, Rentometer, and Been Verified. Collective barging power with an insurance provider would also very helpful. Thanks again for all your hard work.
