The unique thing about investors for agents is that it's not a one time deal since you'll probably want to buy more relatively soon -- and hopefully the agent understands that.  

I cannot express enough the urgent need for agencies on commission to be replaced with fee only services by professionals that have incentive to care.

Point is, there is a minimum standard for agents, but without any form of deposit there is nothing holding you accountable.Furthermore, even a bad agent can sell a good listing on the MLS.

I am 45 years old so already considered a senior runner for age...lol  You do see a huge difference in your body from your 20's and 30's to your 40's.20's to 30's I noticed a slight difference occasionally but negligible.

They’ll help find the properties for you and you don’t pay for agent the seller does.

Offer to sit open houses for agents (you can do this through your state Workplace group), attend eXp’s virtual and live training & networking events and of course work with your Mentor who should be able to best guide you.
