Real Estate Transaction Coordinator?

Just obtained my Real Estate license, and saw a few postings for a Transaction Coordinator.

From my understanding it seems Transaction Coordinators get paid a base salary + $150 to $350 per a deal that closes that they coordinates.

Does this sound correct, or am I off base?

Samantha M. I'm sure the fee varies by area. Maybe you can check on career placement sites, craigslist, etc.

I originally got into real estate after being an executive assistant in a real estate office, managing escrows, creating advertising, scheduling agents, etc. It was a great way to learn the nuts and bolts of the buisness. Then when agents were coming to me asking which properties would be best for their clients, as I KNEW, all the inventory, I decided I'd get my license and sell properties myself!
