Hey BP Community,

                     Im a new agent on the gulf coast struggling to get my first listing. The biggest thing I can't get over, is the new agent objections. I was thinking about joining a team, but I work with exp (not many teams available). Should I switch brokerages, or just keep hustling. I wanted to know your guys thoughts and how you got your first listing/sale.
