What we find with young kids is as soon as they become young mothers they would prefer to stay at home & raise their children rather than the drudgery (& logistical nightmare) of working to pay the ever increasing expense of daycare & after-school care until one of the parents rushes home.
Juan Rodriguez House Hacking in Northern Virginia/Maryland Questions

I sympathize; there's guests I could listen to for half a day - the Chris Voss interview, I could have listened to 4 hours of that guy easily - but the logistics of it would be difficult.

Charles D. Investor-friendly Mortgage pro/lender in Kansas city for turnkey
13 October 2020 | 9 replies
Since I live abroad outside the US, I'm planning on starting off by buying a single family home in the Kansas City, MO market with the goal of pure cash flow in the 100k-150k price range after rehab, using a turnkey provider for the acquisition and ongoing property management given that I have a full time job and the logistical challenges in orchestrating all the steps from abroad in buying a property.
