Maybe 15 or 20 year fixed and fully amortized, though that will command a higher interest rate. 

Could be somewhat hard to command respect from someone much older when you are much younger.  

Let's say you have 5 properties that - due to economic and job market conditions in the area - only command enough rent to barely cover mortgages, insurance, and taxes.   

A couple of places you can look....there is a KW FB referal groups...actually several...you can post a request there.After you find the agent you can send it thru Command under the Referrals tab...about the 3rd or 4th icon down the left side.That allows you to track it, send notes, etc.   

To me, if a property is marketed in such a way then the seller should expect the property to command an investment and TLC price.

You update rental units based upon a necessity to do so that will command more rent, or due to obsolescence.

i'm not sure you can command another 200 a month, perhaps quicker turn around time.
