Third a Tax Strategist is great; if they know actual tax and are not regurgitating fancy strategies they've heard on you tube.

You learn faster from 100 conversations than from 100 YouTube videos.Also — don’t wait for the perfect list.

I'd dive deep into podcasts, YouTube, & books (can get a lot of via library app).I'd look around for local meetup groups to attend on meetup, FB, BP, or Eventbrite to attend with trying not to spend too much.

I hadn't either until I watched a YouTube video of an operator breaking down his truck parking numbers.

It's the only one (aside from a little Robuilt on youtube) I haven't really dug into since the plan at first was a flip.
