https://guide.freddiemac.com/app/guide/section/4201.15Being that the lender works directly with R2R, I am sure they are very aware of intentions of these properties but I am planning to refi in a few months after completion with a higher appraisal (benefit of this crazy market) to hit 20% equity without having to come out of pocket to get there.

The app still looks  great.

I got a  zillow app for a rental and they stated no pets. 

And about a handful of messages in the app per day. 

We do not allow all of the different apps you are using because it becomes too cumbersome to track.

I’ve seen apps like Spacio, Open Home Pro, and Curb Hero, but I’m not sure if they cover everything brokers actually need.For brokers here:How do you currently plan and run open houses?

It's what I use for my rental portfolio and screening, they've got a great platform / app.

Also Furnished Finder helps drive in some traffic, i've looked into it and I would probably if I had to do it over again spend the extra dollar and a half a day to advertise on the larger sites using the rent ready app because it will post up to five different locations that'll help drive traffic.
