Brokers — What’s Your Biggest Challenge Hosting Open Houses?

Hey BP,

I’m new to the real estate space and have been learning how brokers manage their day-to-day. One area I’m especially curious about is open houses — from planning and promotion, to the event itself, to following up with leads.

I’d love to eventually create a product that helps brokers run this process more smoothly, so I’m trying to understand both the pain points and what tools/competition are already out there. I’ve seen apps like Spacio, Open Home Pro, and Curb Hero, but I’m not sure if they cover everything brokers actually need.

For brokers here:

  • How do you currently plan and run open houses?

  • Which tools do you use (if any), and where do they fall short?

  • Which part of the process do you wish was easier or more streamlined?

Appreciate any insights — this is purely research so I can learn what would actually be useful before building anything.
