Maintenance to some degree is allowable as well, be reasonable, a tenant can't be expected to tow a car to have the battery charged!

Also, grid-independent systems are a lot more expensive because you need to add battery storage.

However, I didn't like that you had to pay additional monies to get access to their direct letter mailing module and I believe there was another module that would be helpful to your biz that cost additional monies.  

Otherwise I have to have a smart phone or ipad and hope that it's getting a signal or not battery challenged. 

Is everything really included in the monthly subscription, or do they try to upsell modules and add-ons?

The accounting module will make your eyes bleed since it is way to complex.

No electric to run, these run on regular batteries.

They are not trailers, they are delivered in pieces, or modules, and assembled onsite.

I do mine quarterly, there is a lot that can change in 3 months, batteries in smoke detectors, leaks under sinks, furnace filters, roofs, cellars you name it.
