If I had to predict areas that will grow in appreciation in Harrisburg...They would include midtown, areas along the Susquehanna river(scenic area with running paths), Harrisburg train station area (central hub for transportation with plans to grow), and Cameron street (industrial area seeing a slow revamp).

@Cameron Brulotte - 99/100 inexperienced STR people thinking about doing STR say they want travel nurses.

@Cameron Price - they don't seem to have that option for my corp business card. 

They've selected the tenant and are (allegedly) monitoring the property, so they're usually best suited for the job.

I thoroughly enjoyed his recent case study he did with an individual who supposedly took his training/mentorship: https://www.commercialproperty...What I liked about that case study was that the mentee allegedly bought 7 units and then 66 units, in about 9 months (from scratch), and at the time of the interview, she was in contract to close on an additional 241 units soon.

They might run 100-$500 an hour, but it would be 100% totally worth it to file a lawsuit in federal court alleging fraudulent inducement, misrepresentation, duress, etc. 

For example, offering to "store" company stock vouchers in a safe in Wyoming for example to allegedly make your entity that much more difficult to "pierce".

A couple meetups I've heard of have been held at chain restaurants La Madeleine, Chuy's, and Olive Garden, as well as Fox and Hound that @Cameron Marmon that recommended.
