I prefer to use Cash App, Venmo, or, if I am using Turno, I pass the 5% on to the guest.

Term Adjustments: Have you ever been able to lower rates, fees or IO period if you know third-party funds are coming in?

I found in my last one of these, that younger folks use the QR Code (flyer on site) directly to my application, less techy folk take a physical app. 

I guess get bids but what is a rule of thumb or an app to help with this. 

Using Make.com (sometimes Zapier as well), I integrate other apps like Docusign, for example, to pre-fill and send contracts with the click of a button.

The OTA apps are too convenient and protect the guest too much. 

For my rental portfolio I use a platform / app called Shuk.

If its booked via the app, they shouldn't have been able to book.
