@Brian Dusape the best advice I can give you to get into virtually finding properties is have a streamlined process.

Connor, I wouldn't really waste any money on mailers and texts, in my experience they have a very low success rate and takes an awful amount of expenses and consistency to achieve a stream lined lead process.

I believe it should be the other way around with the best practices for managing virtual assistants implemented to streamline project management and communications.

They have got to do something to make it more streamlined.
