Virtual wholesaling - Any tips?

Would anyone have any tips or recommend resources for wholesaling? I am a first time home buyer and would like to learn how to get started with virtual wholesaling to fund my first deal.

@Brian Dusape I'd encourage you to pick strong markets, and if possible, try to get some boots on the ground in those markets. That way, SOMEONE you trust can be there in case you need them to go to a property tour/due diligence/etc.

@Brian Dusape the best advice I can give you to get into virtually finding properties is have a streamlined process. Our main lead generation is our site. I suggest you put a nice concise process in place to capture leads. Finding a buyer is the easy part.

You think that virtual wholesaling is going to bring in the money for your first deal? That's like a 1/1000 if not much more. What makes you think this will work? What real estate background do you have? If virtual, how are you going to determine market and when you do, how are you going to get a team in place? How much money do you have to spend on setting up all of the funnels and marketing to make it have even the slightest chance? Do you have experience estimating repair costs of homes and if so, have you done it virtually? Do you have access to MLS in other cities to do true ARVs?
