In my opinion this promotes bad customer service because the PM's only have so many hours in a day and very little support.

Then you can refinance faster and pull out more cash for the next down payment.The Multifamily 2-4 unit is a very smart strategy because it offers the customer immediate cash flow once they move out and a mortgage paid off sooner.

And maybe lose other customers/sales.

I think that little ditty speaks to a tactic long neglected that you touched on, nobody seems to treat tenants like a customer.

But adjust for your customer or for a few dollars leave extra supply.5.

Also, does your Operating Agreement contain provisions for:- Dissolution, buyouts, first-right of refusal, etc.- Death or divorce of a member and inherited rights- Capital calls- What else can go wrong?
