So the agents these days are Taught to put this one their cell phone  " Thank you for calling for faster service please text me "  well that ends it for me :)  the few times i try to engage in a text conversation I just get way to frustrated its too slow. theres no personal inflection I want to talk to agents to feel out If I think there is a light bulb on or if they are suitable for my needs I can do that quite quickly on the phone.So to answer the OP  I am not sure what you do to get anyones attention these days in the go go text dont talk modern world.

I'd level set with them over a phone call or in person, not texting where there is no tone or inflection, that the issues they've brought up you've addressed immediately and lined up the people needed to fix and you want to have a good remainder of tenancy with them

Before Las Vegas RE-opened at the end of May 2020, the Active coronavirus cases went down from the peak of around 1500 inflected people to only 1100 inflected people (6500 total inflected minus 300 dead minus 5100 recovered).

I suspect both airports and airplanes have a lot virus, that many people got their coronavirus either in the flight or the airports, then the inflected people spread it to the community after they land.
