They should be very transparent with you, can probably show you estimates and breakdowns of the fees and payments, or an example of a the loan fees associated with closing a property.With that said, they probably are offering this as an option because with bi-weekly payments allow you to make 26 payments throughout the year which equate to 13 monthly payments instead of the normal 12 months.
