Hello! I am a new investor who recently located to the DFW area.

1.) I am looking to building a team of contractors, so if you have any referrals please leave your experience and the names in the comments.
2.) I am wanting to learn how to analyze deals better including how to estimate renovation costs in this area. If you're willing to share previous contracting bids, scope of works, before / afters, please leave your info in the comments!

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey Courtney.  I find some great referrals for contractors thru real estate agents.  If you see a newly listed flip that turned out really nice give the listing agent a call and ask.  Great easy networking for getting more deals also.
