When maintenance issues come up, I will flex between clicking a button to have one of their vendors fix the issue, calling my preferred handyman/vendor, and fixing it the issue myself.You did omit guaranteed rent, which is a huge value to owners that want more certainty around getting paid early in the month and always on-time.
