I don't have the time or money to go back to school and learn a new profession.

I want to make sure that I am not making any mistake as the girl is lawyer by profession. 

Do you have any advice to help me get started in that profession? 

I am a bartender/waiter in the Seattle area, thanks to bigger pockets I am able to do a house hack and get the majority of my expenses paid for.The pandemic has shown me that my profession is probably gonn be on somewhat of a hault for sometime.I have my real Estate License, and have sold real estate, looking for any response for the next job or career change in regards to getting my income from a difference source, or what other entrepreneurs have done on here to achieve their goals!

Choosing a profession that would give you paid for knowledge and learning in the RE investing world, like the examples you gave above would be great!!

I'm very oriented towards trying to get into a field or a profession where you may end up as your own boss.

@Kealoha Pilares, the are of interest is a place my wife grew up in...most of area is hard working shipyard men and women with honorable professions.

Real estate is a wonderful profession, but be the deal maker, not the laborer.

Since these professions have degrees, licenses and taken oaths, why are they not being held responsible for false claims of someone "needing a support animal".
