Maybe I'm just smitten because I grew up in San Francisco and we didn't have the gorgeous row homes build out of real brick, with real marble stairs, with real hardwood floors. 

If you notice there is a pattern where people are saying they invest, they also live there. 

The mass psychology of humanity forces us to act in similar patterns this has been noted throughout history (dating back to the Romans). 

Our flight patterns got us down, and in LA a one hour layover turned out to be 7 hours and then they cancelled the flight to Aspen!

Insurance rates follow a similar pattern. 

I found that years ago trying to get a marble slab for my 5' wide vanity I couldn't get it below like $800. 

If it Is , your a smart man and doing a good job ...if not then you bought wrong , wasted your income on a foolish liability and will likely experience early male pattern baldness and erectile dysfunction 

Gives it that classic/modern look.The key with granite is to not get too busy of a pattern in it, try to keep it on the simple side.
