The reason being is it's significantly cheaper to purchase, it's super fast to lay down, AND the newer patterns looking exactly like a tile floor or a LVP/LVT floor.

I have sold over 30 million of 2-4 units and seen many patterns. 1brs in C class areas are awful you will have high turnover, vacancy, etc.

Horrible job, now I have to rip out the tile sil and the bottom of the inset and pitch them properly, probably with a piece of granite, marble is just too damn porous and soaks up soap etc no matter how much you seal it.
