Increasing your payments can shave years off your mortgage and save you a lot in interest....and also lower your mortgage payments when you do renew.

If you split up colors, it's fine too, may just save time & $ for all one color.I think all white is also fine or a light cream/beige.

A question for you folks who have a "We Buy Houses" type website(s).

I saw someone noting they were providing DSCR loans starting in the 5's.

The deals I'm pursuing should work well regardless, but I'd like to shave as much as possible on the expense side (without taking unnecessary/ill-advised risks).If things take off properly we'll setup an LLC and move into a commercial loan portfolio for the long term, so I would be curious whether that helps/hinders options as well.
