Conventus left hanging at closing table

Tried first hard money loan with conventus and it was painful. They continued to ask for information the day after we were supposed to close. I have only used private money in the past and never had a negative experience. Are all lenders who don't use their own money more burdensome compared to lenders using their own cash?

I saw someone noting they were providing DSCR loans starting in the 5's. Have you heard or seen that? If so, where they get their $ from as that is screaming ultra competitive (1% below other rates we are seeing)
