It's easy to get 'analysis paralysis' with all those guru spreadsheets out there.Honestly, the BiggerPockets calculator or DealCheck are the best places to start—they’re simple and way less messy than a custom spreadsheet.

It is not as easy and intuitive as Mint and Monarch, but I think the ability to customize it however you want is worth the trade-off (if you like spreadsheets 🤓).

Some are willing to pay more for more leverage and less cash to close2. closing time lines - In my market, the cheapest loan usually means longer timelines3. of course customer service, response time, availability, loyalty, etc (would be hard to find somebody that says they don't have these qualities though)

I work in the Asheville, NC area for a small company doing custom remodels—mostly kitchens and bathrooms.

I think they are outsourcing a lot of the work, and don't really focus on the customer experience (both at the landlord and tenant level).

There are a ton of CRMs out there but we use Zoho for its ease of customization and integrations.2.)
