Cabinet Renovation question

Hello,

I’m renovating a 1952 kitchen in a B-/C+ area. The cabinet boxes are in decent shape, so I’m planning to keep them and refinish rather than do a full replacement.

I'm debating between refinishing the original doors vs refacing with new doors/drawers. For those who've done similar rentals, is refacing the better move from a cost/ROI standpoint?

If so, which suppliers do you recommend for budget-friendly custom cabinet doors for a rental?

Appreciate any advice.
