A lot of people bash those sorts here but for MFh it’s needed unlink sfh where you don’t need it.

I didn't expect so much bashing on other peoples cities and states - or a warm versus cold climate debate. 

It's like you say when we see a bunch of newbies bashing their property manager's in the forums. 

I'm sure you've seen a lot of investors on this site and others who bash us regularly because of their personal experience with bad managers (or people who claim to be managers) and I totally understand it.
