I have a secure well paying job that'll mainly fund my real estate endeavors, I been studying real estate and I see how building a strong team is key to long-term success, especially if done right at a young age.

In reality, though, not every property is worth doing a study on.

If you don't know where or how to look for signs of water intrusion; pests; safety issues such as faulty or illegal wiring; type and age of plumbing system and components, doors, windows, siding materials and roof systems and other systems or elements then you have no choice but to pay for someone else's knowledge.

Also, not looking for feedback about the value/necessity/negatives/ or need of doing a study.
