We have never did a flip and have only sold a couple investment properties (not flips: one was because assets needed to be deployed elsewhere (bigger and better investment: our best RE investment yet) and the other was an OOS that was too much work for its return).We are considering a purchase that would be our largest sweat equity purchase yet.
