The one caution I would have is to be loyal to whomever brought you the deal.

Week of October 20, 2025Even with the government shutdown delaying some reports, this week’s inflation and housing data brought some encouraging news!

The case revolved around other issues, but it was brought up as "deception" to support another argument. 

My operations manager just notified me that we did in fact fund 3 out of the 4 condominium deals you brought us.

. - The exterior had a rotting porch with a handrail that had completely fallen off- when I brought this up they said they told the old owner about it and he hadn't wanted to fix it.
