I’m planning to move out after about a year and hold the property long-term as a rental.I’ve been learning about cost segregation and accelerated depreciation and wanted to sanity-check timing and strategy with people who’ve actually done this.A few questions:Does it generally make more sense to wait until the property is 100% rental before doing a cost segregation study?
