Agent & Residential Appraiser in South Jersey
Hey gang,
I'm a real estate appraiser and agent in the South Jersey market area. My main focus is residential with a strong background in investment properties. I was at one time a property manager and worked closely with investors to help build and maintain portfolios. I moved on to become an appraiser and further develop my craft.
I'm here to try and partner and co-op with investors and wholesalers looking to add a professional to their team that can help value their portfolio, build more value into it, and, in the future, create and sell packaged portfolios among other investors.
I have general real estate sales skills for the average consumer but ultimately strive to build and be a part of something bigger than one and done transactions.
