My cash flow goal was way off once I starting playing around with numbers in the the financial forecaster excel sheet that comes with the Start with Strategy book.I learn best with examples so throwing out examples of numbers of what a bad goal would look like vs. a good one, or even very basic ways to calculate projected returns would be really helpful for me.

You can show a picture of a giant car fitting in the parking space basically telling the guests they have little driving skills or you can say sorry you found it challenging to park.  

A gator lender is basically a go-between, matching an investor who needs funds for anything - new construction, fix and flip, commercial project, rental, and yes could be EMD - with a lender, not using your money. 

As well as creating ongoing vendor relationships to help with their businesses/multiple sources of income.I value family, following ethics & prudent principles, morals, honesty, quality work, as well as dedicated commitment to purpose & mission.

Basically got my electrical all permitted on the same electrical permit.If codes change, they are always changing, it could be important to document when the work was performed so that it can be proved it was compliant when performed.  

I’m prepared to share basic deal specs with serious lenders to confirm alignment.If anyone here provides POF letters or can point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate the connection.
