No, I'm not kidding:  It's called the political "machine", or more accurately, the "Burton Political Machine". 

The person ordering the discarding of multi-million dollar mail sorting machines in order to accomplish this? 

I just extended my lease to a 2 year lease because of this success and fully believe that this airbnb will continue to do well.The newly onboarded airbnb:So the new airbnb had a little bit of a rough start, the laundry machine had to be replaced as it stopped working whilst I was testing things out in the home, I had a bit of a higher cost setting up the airbnb, (painted and filled in cracks that were previously present) but to be honest I spent around the same I would have spent if I had to fully furnish the home.

Can you imagine going back to a neighborhood where all the shops are old & tired looking, there are no credit-card machines, the awnings are all faded & torn, the houses are worn-down, the yards neglected, the store-fronts empty. 

Because Rent Controls VIOLATE the very fundamental of the designed US economic machine, free market enterprise. 

A website could be a 24/7 lead machine.

I know it isn't real estate but curious if anyone owns any vending machines.

I think vending machines are very underrated.

Plus , this area has been seeing more manufacturing jobs and machining type jobs too, besides the brand new Amazon Fulfillment center opening early in 2019.That's just my 2 cents.
