Are Vending Machines Great For Multifamily?

Lucas Morales
Posted

I was talking about this with a friend and we have split opinions. I think it would be great for a multi family building with 10 units or more and they don't believe it would be a good investment because you don't see vending machines in apartments, even with 50 units. Is it worth getting a permit and setting up a vending machine in a multifamily, with 10 or more units?

Has anyone set up a vending machine in one of their buildings?

This is my own personal opinion, with owning over 1,800 units. They don't really move the needle, unless you are in a very high traffic area. It can't hurt to try. You can always contact a company with vending machines, have them set up, and split profits.

If it works, great. If not, not a huge loss

I would love to know if it works for you
