Have been sweating a lot before & during phone calls.. almost need a change of clothes by the end of the day! 

Bringing in some nice cash flipping used clothes, collectibles, etc on Poshmark and Ebay-  Almost have my bills covered with this, but its a volume business and took about 18 months to build up the necessary inventory, and requires a bit of storage space.  

i'm going to have to have a company come rip up the drywall, dry everything out and re-drywall/paint....I imagine that whole process will take at least a week.The home is a 3br/2ba...their 2 children's rooms are unaffected and the couple in the master could move their bed/clothes to a "play" room downstairs or live in one of the two living rooms in the home.  

I might be looking to purchase one since my tenants are using a ton of water and washing their clothes all the time.

Looks like I might need to go shopping for some warmer clothes. 

The residents have to dismount beds, empty drawers, and wash and dry clothes on high heat. 

You can then purchase those strata units and lease them to doctors, franchises, yoga studios etc. 

No idea what's going on in that town, maybe it's really good drugs or something, IIRC a casual google search did reveal it was near one of the big annual music festivals where 20somethings go to remove their clothing, dance, and imbibe various substances. 

Shop the best used-clothing store in Denver at Buffalo Exchange or some hipster overpriced (but cool) clothes at Fancy Tiger.

I block off all the closets in my rentals for owner use, and then I've added racks for hanging clothes + a set of coat hangers in each room, along with a luggage rack and bench at the foot of the bed for luggage, as well.
