Coin operated laundry

Im setting up a laundry room in a four family in Massachusetts and im Interested in knowing what landlords charge for their coin operated laundry machines. The hot water and electricity supplying the machines will be paid by me.

Visit your local laundromats and find out what they are charging. Keep in mind they probably have higher-capacity units, more units, and if one breaks the user can hop right over to the other one. On the other hand, your washer/dryer is convenient.

I recommend staying $0.25 below the laundromats but you'll have to play that by ear. Level of use changes with tenants. I have some units that make $200+ a month and others barely make $50.
