@Lucky Oldham  all these programs have their roots in MLM.. if you have been to any MLM presentation it always starts out with the speaker show his wife and kids and how you deserve to be there and we are all doing this to spend more time with our family etc etc..

I mean who believes that you can pay someone ONLY 25k and they are going to do everything for you and set you up in Real Estate so you can just start making massive money... this defies logic.And it really in my mind goes back to the MLM marketing methods they are basically the same.

Often times they have relationships with distributors and are offered discounted/ discontinued lines of products and such. 

Coming from someone who has worked for HVAC distributors for the last 15 years, be wary of any contractors that want to just "charge" your system.

And nobody is emailing me and selling me on how great they are.BTW,  when I told the first guy I wasn't interested because I have no risk capital and I'm not interested in MLM - he wrote back that no one ever has their own money and then in CAPs they are not MLM. 

Years ago we bought another house with a MLM suite and rented the back unit out and lived in the front and then sold it.

but turned out to be an MLM meeting.  

Keep in mind most Gurus have a system they follow.. and its based on MLM  Amway model.

So I got sold a MLM scam and dropped out.
